Stronger You

The Stronger You program is a more advanced 8-week program focused on strength training and building your strength progressively. It is ideally for individuals who have already completed the Healthy Habits Adventure 1 & 2.

Participants will get all the same support as the Healthy Habits Adventure, but with different workouts. What’s included with Stronger You:

  • Access to workouts via the Hahn Fitness App
  • Access to me and other participants via the app
  • Ability to log nutrition in MyFitnessPal and link it to the App
  • Weekly Emails
  • Accountability & Support
  • 1-on-1 Consultation prior to the start of the program
  • One Upper and One Lower Body workout per week, plus 1-3 total body workouts (from Healthy Habits 1 & 2)

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

  • Dumbbells – you can do all the workouts w/ just dumbbells (might want to purchase a heavier set to really push and improve) and a towel, but ideally you will also have:
    • Resistance Bands w/ an anchor
    • Chin Up bar (assisted chin up machine at a gym is great!)
    • Stability Ball
    • TRX (access at a gym) Do Not Purchase this if you don’t have one or don’t already have interest in one. You can use the Resistance Bands in place of this

*This is primarily for individuals who have already completed the Healthy Habits Adventure   OR individuals with a good base knowledge of strength training who want to improve strength.
