2. Progressive Workouts

  • Personalized Workout Routines: 3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio workouts per week tailored to client goals
  • App Integration: workouts in easy-to-use app w/ tracking features
  • Ability to message trainer directly in app any time
  • Video Demonstrations in app
  • Flexible Options: home or gym options
  • Progress Tracking:
  • Progress reviews with updates to workout plans as needed.

3. Macro and Caloric Guidelines

  • Caloric & Macro Breakdown: Personalized calorie and macronutrient ratios based on goals

4. Meal Plans

  • Flexible Meal Planning: Weekly meal plans that we will customize together to build a large resource of meal/snack options
    • Meals based on personal preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies

5. Accountability & Support

  • Regular Check-Ins: weekly messages and ability to message trainer any time in app.
  • Personalized Feedback
  • Behavioral Support

INVESTMENT: $175 every 4 weeks for 12 weeks (3 total payments)

– Dumbbells according to your ability. SUGGESTED: Beginner: 5, 10, 15’s Moderate: 5, 10, 15, 20 Advanced: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30
