I was introduced to Kelli through a friend who raved about the small group training classes. I loved the whole body work out days, a really intense and great way to finish a stressful work day. I had several shoulder injuries from years past and Kelli modified each exercise so I could build strength while not re-injuring my vulnerable shoulders. I also excel at cardio but am not very strong with weight lifting so I found the variety and the personalized direction with Kelli’s training extremely effective in getting me strong and in shape in a short amount of time (5 consecutive weeks). This was much different from what I envisioned personal training to be and I would recommend it to 3 main groups of people: former athletes trying to get back in shape; people who are intentional about losing weight and building muscle tone; and those training for an upcoming race. If you are not a natural athlete or have not done strength or gym training, you will not feel intimidated because Kelli creates a very welcoming and inclusive environment (while she makes you sweat).
