Goal Setting Action Plan

When we have a goal we need to flush out the details, create action steps, and understand what resources we will need to succeed. 

“A goal without a plan is just a wish”

We can’t just say out loud, “I want to get healthier.” That has no plan, no action steps to take, and doesn’t set yourself up for success.

Instead we need to set SMART Goals, create small action steps, figure out what resources you need to be successful, find accountability, and put those action steps into our calendar.

SMART Goals = Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound
